3256951 - User unable to perform any actions in the BTP Fiori application My Inbox and it does not allow user to approve or reject

Symptom

  • You exposed the My inbox app from an on-premise system to BTP.
  • The Mouse is blocked (Red prohibition Icon) in My inbox when performing any action for all users.
  • Checking the error in the console:
    • embedding blocked because the whitelist service does not allow framing -  sap/ui/security/FrameOptions
  • Other symptom could be the whitelist request fails with 403 and the following message:
    • Access denied to resource xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/sap/public/bc/uics/whitelist/service?parentOrigin=xxxxxxx.hana.ondemand.com on system xxxxxxxxx. In case this was a valid request, ensure to expose the resource correctly in your cloud connector.
