3257029 - Historical data is being pulled in Advance reporting created on Compensation Information object instead of Current data.

When a user tries to create Advance report on Compensation Information object with "As of Date" as Today, can see Historical data is being pulled from Compensation Information object instead of Current data.

1. Login into instance
2. Create new Advance report
3. Design Query with Job Info as Driving Table and link it with Compensation Information Object with Date options as "As of Date" today
4. Can see for some User's Historical data is being pulled from Compensation Information object

There is no corresponding entry for Event Reason in Job Information object compared to Compensation Information object.

Latest Data from Compensation Information object will be pulled only when there is corresponding entry for Event reason in Global Job Information object.

Suppose if Compensation Information object has Latest record which is effective from Oct 9th 2022, and if Job Information object has Latest Effective value from Oct 9th 2021.

In the output file Compensation Information data which is effective on Oct 9th 2021 will be pulled in report.
