3257061 - Recruiting Entity Does Not Show any Field to be Selected/Mapped in an Insert Integration (Integration Center) - Recruiting Management

Symptom

A Recruiting entity doesn't show up any field to be mapped when creating an Insert Integration job in Integration Center.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Integration Center > Create;
  2. Select "Input Integration" job;
  3. Select the Entity;
  4. Go to Configure Field tab;
  5. Switch to the Mapping View;
  6. No fields will show up to be selected.

Cause

This will occur if the selected entity has no properties that can be updatable/upsertable. 

Resolution

When creating an Insert Integration job type, make sure to validate if the entity selected has any property that can be modified.

NOTE: Attributes from entities and properties are not changeable.
