3257160 - TLS connectivity test failed with error "java.io.IOException: HTTPS hostname wrong" in Cloud Integration

Symptom

In Cloud Integration Connectivity Test, test TLS connection to receiver host, activating "Valid Server Certificate Required" then receives error
java.io.IOException: HTTPS hostname wrong: should be ,<your_hostname.example.com>

You have followed KBA - 3105874 - java.io.IOException: HTTPS hostname wrong: should be <"your_hostname.example.com"> but issue still persists as host name characters are following the rules of DoD Internet host table specification (https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc952) and following RFCs.
