Symptom

  • System has been running fine.
  • After system restart with windows patch 
  • tomcat log stderr.log
    Error: URI=file:/C:/ProgramData/SAP%20BusinessObjects/Data%20Services/conf/admin.xml Line=2: cvc-elt.1.a: Cannot find the declaration of element 'administrator'.
    log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (org.apache.axiom.locator.DefaultOMMetaFactoryLocator).
    log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
