3257329 - "Service Pool queue is full" / "Request handler queue is full for service" Error - SAP CC

Some Chargeable Items or Consumption Items are rejected by Convergent Charging with the below log/error:

<SERVICE> Service Pool queue is full
where <SERVICE> is the impacted service (Stateful, Stateless, Guiding, Batch or Multicast)

In addition, the following log can be seen in the log file of a Convergent Charging instance:

Request handler queue is full for service <SERVICE> Service Pool
where <SERVICE> is the impacted service (Stateful, Stateless, Guiding, Batch or Multicast)
