Candidate is not available in Manage Pending Hire when they decline signature and complete process again

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Candidate declines signature
2. Process is sent back to PDC step
3. Candidate completes steps again and signs forms
4. Candidate should now be available in manage pending hires but is not

1. Process Variant Manager has Document flow and Compliance flow in parallel
2. The candidate declined signature
3. In case of decline the candidate completes the PDC, CDC, document flow and compliance 2 times.
4. Because of the parallel task workflow is not getting completed and onboarding status is not updated to Ready to Hire, hence candidate does not appear in MPH.
5. This is bug is identified by engineering and only occurs if candidate declines signature and process variant manager has parallel tasks with document flow.

1. Engineering team have created a fix.
2. OBX-19653 will be available in 2211 release which will be deployed to preview instances on 29th Oct and Production instances on 10th Dec.
3. Work around for the affected candidate:
   
   1. Manually changing the hiring status to "Ready to Hire" in manage data > Process page.
   2. Restart the onboarding process.
