3257590 - SFTP Sender Adapter polls file before SFTP server finishes with writing of the file in Cloud Integration

In Cloud Integration, iflow is configured to poll files automatically from SFTP server. However, file is not written completely when SFTP adapter processes it, hence resulting in an incomplete file is taken for further processing that results in iflow failure or incorrect end message after integration flow finished processing.
