3257674 - There are entries in table MLHD while in another system there aren't

Symptom

A goods movement,  a supplier invoice, production order settlement or a material debit/credit was posted. In one system, there are entries in table MLHD corresponding to the posting. In another system, there are not such entries. The two system has the same system version. The relevant material is with material ledger activated and price determination 2 (transaction-based).
