Symptom
While creating Benefit from Benefit Admin Overview, Policy Document field is not displaying any Benefit Documents
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to Benefit Admin Overview -> Benefit -> Select Benefit
2. Go to Policy Document -> Click on + icon -> Create Benefit Document and fill values for required fields -> Save
3. Then the created Benefit Document or any other Benefit Document is not visible
Cause
Benefit Document Effective From date was set to current date but the benefit is created for 01/01/1900.
Resolution
Upon changing the Benefit Document Effective From date to 01/01/1900 then the document is searchable under Policy Document field.
