3257826 - Add New Line item in Sales Order is not Possible due to Error "Different Fulfillment type assigned to items in delivery group"

You are trying to add a new line item in the Sales Order and your are getting an Error as below:
Different Fulfillment type assigned to items in delivery group X.

 SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Sales Order Work center
2. Go to Sales Order View
3. Select Show All Orders and find for Sales Order ABC (ABC is the Sales Order Number)
4. Click on Edit and Select View All
5. Navigate to Items Tab
6. Click Add Row button and maintain the product ID

You are getting the below mentioned error because of which you are not able to set the Reason For Rejection.
Error : Different Fulfillment type assigned to items in delivery group X.

The reason for the issue in the Sales Order is, that the Complete Delivery indicator is set for the sales order.

You can see in the Sales Order header level (general tab) , Complete Delivery for the line items checked.

This means that all the line items are supposed to be delivered together from the ship-from location.

Since the outbound delivery has already been released, it is not allowed to add a new line item in the sales order.

This is the expected system behavior.

You are unable to revoke the checkbox of Complete Delivery in General tab, so please create a new sales order for the new line item or you have to cancel the invoices then the outbound delivery then add a new line item.
