3257873 - In Manage Purchase Requisitions - Professional App, the first "Search" Field does not search the PR description.

When user searches for a purchase requisition in the Manage Purchase Requisition app, the system returns several documents instead of returning only the specified document.

Also, the first "Search" Field does not search the PR description.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Scenario 1:

1. Open the Manage Purchase Requisition app. 
2. Search for a PR using the 'Search' filter.
3. System display more documents than expected. 

Scenario 2:

1. Search for a PR using the description
2. No results fetched

When using the 'Search' filter, the system searches for the specified value in several fields, such as purchase requisition number, purchase requisition item, material number, plant, purchasing group and purchasing organization.

A fuzzy search enables a certain degree of error tolerance, so the system return a list of documents that meet the specified criteria, considering possible additional/missing characters or other types of spelling errors.

This is a standard system behaviour

1. If user wants to search for a specific purchase requisition, please use the 'Purchase Requisition Number' filter.
2. Through the upcoming 2302 release, you will be able to search using the PR description.
