3257890 - Incorrect Sales Order with In Preparation status Missing in the Report

You find that not all Sales Orders which shows on the OWL (Object Work List) are showing at the report which uses the data source of 'sales order item'.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Sales Orders work center.
2. Select List under Reports view.
3. Open the Sales Order Volume report.
4. Filter for the In Preparation status.
5. Sales Order ABC (ABC represents the ID of the missing Sales Order) is missing in the report.

The data source 'sales order item' is on item level and the inconsistent items are not shown in the report which uses this data source.

For these sales orders in which all the items are inconsistent and hence they are not visible.

As a workaround,

If you would like to see all Inconsistent Sales Orders you can check this as follows:

1. Go to the Sales Orders work center.
2. Select the Sales Orders view.
3. In the Show field select Incorrect Orders.
4. Click on the Go button.
5. The system will return all inconsistent Sales Orders.

If you would like to see only the Sales Order in a particular status e.g. In Preparation you can use the Advance Filter and filter for the respective Status.

You can then also Export the result list via the Export -> To Microsoft Excel button.
