3258132 - Error while trying to accessRepository via PD Web : Could not be prepared. SQLSTATE = 37000 - SAP PD

Symptom

  • Check In model returns a message error.
    • [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Statement(s) could not be prepared.
      SQLSTATE = 37000
    • Connection is busy with results for another hstmt
    • updating Model from PD16.7 SP0 to PD16.7 SP2
  • Check in with PDM still running after environ 10 hours. 
  • Not possible to connect to repository after update PowerDesigner Web.
