person#nationalIdCard#PERSON_ID error message appearing when adding National ID field to a table widget on Story report

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a new Story report
  2. Add the National ID field to the Data Source, along with the its context field (Person ID)
  3. Finish the query
  4. Add a Table widget on the Report
  5. Add the National ID field on the table widget
  6. "person#nationalIdCard#PERSON_ID" error message will appear

Resolution

When sensitive fields are selected, user needs to select context fields as well. In this case, it'll be necessary to add the National ID and the Person ID (context field) to the table widget.
