3258295 - Manage Prices App Searching by Employee Personnel Number displays no entries - S/4HANA Cloud

On Manage Prices app you are not able to search Condition records by Personnel number. The results show no entries.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud All versions

1. Go to Manage Prices app.

2. Adjust app filter to look for entries by searching for Personnel Number.

3. Search for an expired Personnel Number, no results appear even though there are entries for that number.

 

Root cause for this issue is the customer user do not have authorization to operate the Personal number.

Please assign PROJECT_MANAGER_PROF Business Role to the current user and try to reproduce the issue.
