3258605 - Possibility to Change the Document Name and Category for Onboarding Documents - Onboarding

1. Is it possible to change the Document Name and Category present for the candidate's documents under the Onboarding profile?
2. Is it possible to add custom Document Category or change the Document Category present in Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

This is a system design and hard-coded.

It's not possible to change the Document Name or the Document Category under Onboarding profile.

It's also not possible to add custom Document Category, please only use the available categories in Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates.

The newly created custom category in Manage Document can only be used when directly uploading on Manage Document.
