Scenario 1:

  • You are seeing intermittent '[IBM][CLI Driver] SQL10013N  The specified library "" could not be loaded' errors in the SAP system accompanied by DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR dumps.

  • Other SQL10013N  intermittent errors like below may also be seen in SM21 and ST11 transactions outside of the above errors.
    SQL10013N  The specified library "GSKit Error: 155" could not be loaded.
    SQL10013N The specified library "GSKit Error: 202" could not be loaded.
