Symptom

The following SRM error occurs during S/4HANA Simplification Item check, even if you are not using SRM and you wouldn't like to migrate it:

Highest consistency check return code: 12
Dynamic call of class CLS4SIC_SRM_SERVER method CHECK_CONSISTENCY failed: An exception
with the type CX_SCWN_DS_FAILED_DOWNLOAD occurred, but was neither handled locally, nor
declared in a RAISING clause.
