3258835 - Release Order Quantity resets when creating Purchase Order from Purchase Contract.

When creating a purchase order from a purchase contract with a release order quantity, the order quantity in the PO is 0. The quantity is not coped from release order quantity as maintained in the contract.

Create a Purchase Order from Purchase Contract and find the quantity in PO is not the same as release quantity in Purchase Contract.

This is standard design.

There is no code to transfer the quantity from the Purchase Contract to Purchase Order.
