3259366 - Full database backup crashed IQ server with signal 11 after upgrade to 16.1 SP04PL09 -- SAP IQ

• Aftre upgrade IQ server to 16.1 SP04 PL09, runnign a full databse backup cause IQ server to crash without any stracktrace in iqmsg file. 
• The backup failed near the end of the backup.
• In the .stderr file, the following error reported:
