3259496 - Error HTTPStatusCode 500 "org.apache.cxf.interceptor.Fault: Could not write attachments" received in Cloud Integration

Symptom

When processing messages from Cloud Integration to target system, the message does not arrive at its destination and the following errors can be found in the Message Processing Log:

  • org.apache.cxf.interceptor.Fault: Could not write attachments., cause: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

or

  • org.apache.cxf.interceptor.Fault: Could not write attachments., cause: java.net.SocketException: connect timed out
