3259538 - Deployment of Cloud Integration flow fails with error "Requested runtime location (cloudintegration) is not supported for tenant"

Deployment of any iflow on a Cloud Integration tenant fails with following error: 

{Integration flow name} deployment failed.Requested runtime location (: cloudintegration) is not supported for tenant: {tenant id}

When opening Manage Integration Content, following error might also happen: 

Error
Request for artifact list failed with error: Connecting to operations server failed.
