3259542 - 'Bank & & does not exist' error in App Process Free Form Payments

Symptom

'Bank & & does not exist' error comes up in App 'Process Free Form Payments'.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

Create new payment request using App 'Process Free Form Payments'. However all the required information of the Payee bank details is filled with IBAN, error 'Bank does not exist' occurs.

Cause

Customizing is missing in App 'Manage Banks'.

Resolution

Please check if the following fields are correctly filled (not blank) in General Tab of App 'Manage Banks':

Bank Number
Bank Key
Bank Country/Region
