3259555 - When clicking on "Add Role" button from search a Child Requisition an error occurs

When searching for a Child Requisition and clicking on "Add Role", an error occurs: "an unexpected error occurs" and the system keeps loading. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting
2. Go to Job Requisitions
3. In the Job Req dashboard, hover over an Evergreen Req and click on "Add Child Requisitions"
4. A pop up window appears to search for Chile Requisitions
5. Click on "Add Role"
6. An error occurs: "an unexpected error occurs" and the system keeps loading

Families and Roles are not configured and not being used in the instance. When clicking on "Add Role" the system is trying to load all the roles. But because there are no roles configured, the error occurs.
