3259783 - Pay Component Name is not displayed in Pay Component Assignment

In Pay Scale Level, after saving the Pay Component information in Pay Component Assignment, the Pay Component name is not displayed even though the fields Amount, Currency and Frequency are displaying their values.

1. In Pay Component Assignment, select the pay component from the dropdown list and fill the other fields;

2. Save;

3. The Pay Component Name won't be displayed, but the rest of the fields will.

The Pay Component Effective Date is after the Pay Scale Level Effective Start Date. The fields Amount, Currency and Frequency were not automatically populated with information from the Pay Component, they were informed manually before saving. 

The Pay Component needs to have an effective date either before or equal to the Pay Scale Level Effective Start Date.
