3259809 - Not possible to convert multiple materials into one planned order/purchase requisition via MRP

Symptom

You use MRP to plan your requirements.

One or more of the following symptoms are observed:

  1. It's not possible to convert multiple planned orders created via MRP into only purchase requisition.
  2. It's not possible to generate one single purchase requisition for different materials through MRP.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition.

Cause

Standard System Behavior.

Resolution

In SAP Standard, it's not possible to have Single PR for Multiple Items through MRP.

MRP will always generate purchase requisitions for only one material.
