3259830 - Internal server error at Backoffice's login - SAP Commerce

When trying to access Backoffice an error screen appears "500 - Internal Server Error" and "Something went wrong on our end":

In the console of the browser a NullPointerException can be found, and in the application logs, similar ones to below are seen:
