Resolution
To release a Service Confirmation using a custom add-on/logic, please use the FinishFulfilmentProcessing action under the Items for all of the items within the Service Confirmation document.
Please check the item fulfillment status before calling this action as it should not be called for status Finished (3) and Not Relevant (4).
