3260326 - Audit History from Job Requisition Not Capturing the Picklist Changes - Recruiting Management

Audit History from the Job Requisition is showing the field change but not the changed field values :

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting > Find the Job Requisition;
2. Change the value for the affected field;
3. Save the changes;
4. Check the history of the changes;
5. Notice the change is audited but the values modified are not present.

The cause behind this behavior would be different between the MPF Picklist Code and Legacy Picklist ID values:

To fix the issue, you need to correct the Legacy Picklist ID value to reflect the MDF Picklist Code value.
