3260328 - Error 'Action Not Enabled' Occurs when Partial Releasing Customer Demand

The following error occurs when attempting to Partially Release a Customer Demand:

"Action not enabled."

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Outbound Logistics Control Work Center.
2. Navigate to Customer Demand View.
3. Search for Customer Demand id XXX.
4. Select line item XXX-YYY.
5. Choose Partial Release button
6. The system shows the error 

Go to the Schedule Line Tab for the line item XXX-YYY.

It shows that the previously partially confirmed quantity has already been fulfilled or released. Only the unconfirmed quantity now remains, which cannot be released. 

Choose Check Availability for the affected line item again.

If a new confirmed quantity is shown, you can proceed with Partial Release for a quantity less than or equal to the confirmed quantity.
