Print Layout is not be able to capture all the line items after th upgrade of 2208

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to General Ledger work center

2. Go to Journal Entries view

Using the printing function is via ctrl+P on the keyboard to print in Google Chrome

The line items when trying to print via Google Chrome is different after the upgrade the print layout is only a few lines.

The CTRL+P is a function provided by browsers.

This print function of browser only prints what is actually seen by the user and which is not displayed on the current page can't be printed on the PDF or by the  true printer.

If you wants to print all the info in the page , you should do the procedure below on their personal browser:

1. If there are some rows not  displayed on the current page, you should adjust the table length for all the rows in table are displayed.

2. If there are some info not displayed but exist below the current page, you should minimize the page size by CTRL+MouseDown for all the detail showing in the browser.
