3260436 - Onboardee is unable to upload attachment during PDC or complete E-Signature step - Onboarding

Symptom

Scenario 1:

  • Candidate is unable to upload attachment during Personal Data collection step, it loads continuously. 
  • Error message shows “No vendor is configured on this system! Please configure a vendor on Document Management Service setup page in Admin Center.”

Scenario 2:

  • After Personal Data collection step is submitted, click on the "Complete e-Signature" step and redirect to the error page "Looks like something went wrong!".

Reproducing the Issue

Scenario 1:

  1. Login to BizX as the Onboardee
  2. Go to Onboarding Checklist to get onboarded
  3. Click on Start for Provide Your Personal Information
  4. Go to Work Permit section and try to upload a file
  5. It keeps loading

Cause

The OpenText connection is not set to visible for the external candidate.

Resolution

Please create a support ticket and provide the following details:

  • Company ID
  • Written consent to execute a script to set the OpenText visibility to y
