3260460 - Connection to tenant database failed with error "Database connection is not available" or "host name 'xx' does not match names in certificate"

• Symptom 1:
  When adding/registering a tenant database in HANA Studio or HANA Cockpit, it failed with errors like "Database connection is not available". 
  While, the system database was successfully added or registered with same host information.
  
  
• Symptom 2:
  Registering a tenant database securely in SAP HANA Cockpit, the registration still fails with error in Cockpit manager:
  "Failed to update server encryption
    Request Failed
    TLS certificate host name mismatch"
  While the registration of system database succeed with same information.
  
  
• Symptom 3:
  After encrypting the communication between ABAP application server and HANA database, the application fails to start with error:
  -10709: Connection failed (RTE:[300015] SSL certificate validation failed: host name 'xx' does not match names in certificate: '<Names in Subject/SAN>' (xxx.xx.xx.xxx:xxxxx -> xxx.xx.xx.xxx:<tenant DB SQL port>))
  While,  host name 'xx' in the error message isn't the one set in hdbuserstore, and the hostname in hdbuserstore has already been included in the certificate.
