How to configurate Interunit Elimination with ICMR Posting Rules, with posting scenario SC001 (Elimination Postings for Group Reporting)

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Resolution

1. Access app Define Posting Rules to create a posting rule based on the automatic posting scenario SC001. For more information, please check Define Elimination Posting Rule;

2. Access app Define Reconciliation Cases to create reconciliation cases;

3. Access configuration 103559 Define Elimination Methods to define an elimination method by assigning reconciliation case and posting scenario to it. In this way, when running elimination, the elimination posting logic defined in the posting rule applies to the specified display groups of the reconciliation case. 4. Assign the elimination method to the ICMR elimination task 2042 in the configuration 104760 Define Tasks for ICMR Eliminations. For more information, please check Define Tasks for ICMR Eliminations;

5. Access app Consolidation Monitor, choose Update Run for the ICMR elimination task (2042). For more information, please check Interunit Elimination with ICMR Posting Rules.
