3260570 - Error messages "Action could not be executed" and "Save could not be executed" was raised When adding one of Custom Time Accounts

When adding one of custom time accounts XYZ Emergency Sick Pay to the time profile of employee XYZ details of the time accounts do not load completely and save is not allowed despite no error message being triggered

 SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Time Administration work center

2. Access the Employees work center

3. Search for employee XYZ

4. Select the employee's record and click Edit

5. Go to the Time Profile section

6. Under the Time Account Rules tab, click Add Row

7. Using the drop-down menu for the Time Account field, select required Account Rule

8. The Time Account Rules will not be displayed, neither will there be any data under the Basic Data section

9. Click Save

10. Error messages "Action could not be executed" and "Save could not be executed" are raised

The employees time profile started from YYYY onwards, but the time accounts in question were only from YYYY_1 onwards.

It's only possible to add time accounts to a time profile if they will be * for the entire duration of the time account.

Note:

YYYY - Early ,  YYYY_1- Present

Copy the time profile into a new row from current date onwards so that the accounts are created newly and can be added
