3260612 - Error: Withholding Tax Return Username And Password For Sender Missing in Fine-Tuning; Contact Key User

Cannot release Withholding Tax Return due to the following errors:

"Save failed; refresh list to perform further actions

Username and Password for sender missing in fine-tuning; contact key user"

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Tax Management work center.
2. Go to the Tax Returns view.
3. Go to the Withholding Tax Returns subview.
4. Select Withholding Tax Return ABC (ABC is the Withholding Tax Return ID).
5. Click Release.

You get the following errors:

"Save failed; refresh list to perform further actions

Username and Password for sender missing in fine-tuning; contact key user"

You have not maintained the Username and Password in the fine tune activity  "Tax Return Authentication Details - UK".

The Username and Password needs to be same as in the Withholding Tax Return File.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to the Overview view.
3. Select the Tax Return Authentication Details - UK activity.
4. Click open the same.
5. Add Username and Password --> this has to be the same as is needed in the file.
6. Save

You can release the Withholding Tax Return.
