3260800 - ABAP connection validation errors: Invalid endpoint, An invalid handle, Denying request for resource, Could not invoke function - SAP DI

You are getting the following errors when validating a ABAP connection in SAP DI Connection Management:

1) Connection Management error message:

Status code from service response: 400, Message: Failed to validate connection XXX.
Message:ABAP connector(Axino) ABAP metadata browsing connection check FAILED: request failed: rc=1, msg="invalid endpoint" ABAP subengine connection check FAILED: request failed: rc=1, msg="Message: An invalid handle 'RFC_CONNECTION_HANDLE' was passed to the API call
Code: RFC_INVALID_HANDLE" Please refer to SAP Note 2849542 for more information.

2) In the Cloud Connector log (ljs_trace.log):

When the backend ABAP system is S4CORE system:
INFO#com.sap.scc.protocol.rfc#RfcPool_1_Thread_2#.....#Denying request for resource DHAMB_SERVICE_SYSTEM on ....

When the backend ABAP system is DMIS system:
INFO#com.sap.scc.protocol.rfc#RfcPool_1_Thread_2#.....#Denying request for resource LTAMB_SERVICE_SYSTEM on ....

3) Axino log:

When the backend ABAP system is S4CORE system:
Error occurred: Could not invoke function "DHAMB_SERVICE_SYSTEM"

When the backend ABAP system is DMIS system:
Error occurred: Could not invoke function "LTAMB_SERVICE_SYSTEM"
