• The "Initiate Onboarding" button is missing for one or more candidates in Recruiting Management (RCM).
• Users are unable to initiate the onboarding process because the "Initiate Onboarding" button is not available.
• The "Initiate Onboarding" button is not displayed in RCM, preventing the hiring team from starting the onboarding process.
• The "Initiate Onboarding" option is unavailable for eligible candidates in Recruiting Management.
• Although the candidate is in the expected hiring stage, the "Initiate Onboarding" button is not visible.
• Different candidates may experience the missing "Initiate Onboarding" button due to various system or configuration scenarios. Most of these scenarios can be identified and resolved using the self-service checks available in the Onboarding Check Tool.
