You have requested the creation of an Outbound Delivery document for items which were returned to be repaired, however, no Outbound Delivery Request was created by the system.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Sales Orders work center.
- Select the Returns view.
- Search for the ID ABC (ABC represents the ID the Return).
- Click Edit.
- Navigate to the items tab.
No value is displayed in the Outbound Delivery column, there is no outbound request created for this return.
The reason the Outbound Delivery Request for item in Return was not created is because the Service Order is still showing as Open and the Delivery Status for the item is not Finished.
This is the expected system behavior.
Once all items are repaired and ready to be shipped, please click the Request Outbound Delivery button.
