3261104 - Focused Run: How to create one case per one Alert Cluster

All events were grouped by activating the Alert Correlation so only one alert cluster exists.
 However, the case was created for every single events.

Focused Run 3.0 FP01 or higher

Prerequisites

1. This feature is available from Focused Run 3.0 FP01 or higher
2. In case of FRUN 3.0 FP01 and FP02, latest version of Composite Note for Advanced Event & Alert Management for each FP level should to be implemented. For FRUN 3.0 FP03, the required changes were already included the feature package(FP) itself.
