3261206 - Runtime mapping error caused by languages codes of service users exceeding length

You are getting a runtime mapping error, the default trace shows the following error:

Cannot process an HTTP request to servlet [MappingRuntimeRefreshServlet] in [run] web application.

For example in the above trace it is visible that the service users have language codes "EN,PT" configured, but this could be any other language.
