How does "Exceed Entitlement Amount" work in Benefits?
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Resolution
Exceed Entitlement Amount works only when you have some amount left in the claim balance. Claim button is not visible when the claim amount is exhausted.
When entitlement amount is 500 and claim is created for 1000, system will automatically create benefit exception for claim if 'Exceed entitlement amount' is set to Yes in Benefit.
