3261211 - System allow non-effective parent position to be imported - Employee Central

While creating a child position via import along with the parent position in same file where the parent position is effective only in future, system allow importing it with no validation.

The results is positions are imported in the system but child position were saved with no parent position.

System also allows to import position with parent position that has inactive status.

This is currently system design.

For now this is considered an enhancement which engineering team is aware of and plans to fix this in future.
