3261238 - HTML tags found in email content of custom workflow notification

Symptom

HTML tags are found as below in the email content sent for workflow approval where notifications are configured using Document Generation

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

1. Proxy as employee XYZ and request leave from time off section

2. E-mail will be triggered to Manager

Cause

"Enable HTML email notifications" setting was not enabled

Resolution

Kindly enable "Enable HTML email notifications" in SF system as below

1, Admin Centre -> Company System and Logo Settings ->

2. Enable 'Enable HTML email notifications'

3. Save changes
