3261275 - [Onboarding] How to add File attachment in onboarding Tasks.

Symptom

Is there any possibilities to attach a file while performing the onboarding tasks?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

Go to New Hire Tasks
Choose and click start equipment task / any task
Now you could see only option to choose the category and comments.
There's no option to add file Attachment

Cause

This is currently classified as system behaviour

Resolution

As per the product Design, We don't have the feasibility to add File attachment in the Onboarding Tasks.

If you would like to change or improve this system behavior, we would suggest you submit an Enhancement Request to the product management team which will be reviewed and voted on and could be included in the next release of the product.
