3261311 - A folder is created on SFTP server when File Name is added when scheduling Canvas reports via Report Center

When scheduling a Canvas Report with SFTP delivery, a new folder is created on the SFTP server using the value entered in the File Name field, and the report file is placed inside that folder using the original schedule name instead of the expected file name.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to Report Center.
2. Create a new schedule for a Canvas Report using New Schedule.
3. Configure delivery to an SFTP destination.
4. Enter a value in the File Name field.
5. Check the SFTP server and observe that:
   1. A new folder is created using the File Name value.
   2. The report file is placed inside that folder using its original name instead of the specified file name.

Known behavior.

The fix introduced in the 2605 release has been reverted due to regression issues, and therefore the system continues to behave as originally designed.
Current expected behavior:

• The File Name is treated as an additional folder level.
• A new directory is created on the SFTP server using the File Name.
• The report files are placed inside that directory.
