Symptom

A new folder is getting created on SFTP server when Folder Name is added for Canvas reports

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a new schedule by the option 'New Schedule' in Report Center for any Canvas reports
  2. Add a 'Folder Name'
  3. On your SFTP server, an additional folder is getting created even if the report contains only one component

Resolution

This is the currently expected behavior of the system.
