3261339 - Rep Server not using Graced Period - SRS

• Installed a new ASE server and Replication Server on a new box.
• The new ASE accepts the grace period for the licensing, but the new Replication Server does not.
• An existing Replication Server does boot using the graced license.
• The port for the license server is not available yet, it will take a few days.
• In the meantime, they were hoping to work on a graced time license.
