3261487 - Client Certificate authentication is not working in Cloud Integration

Symptom

You have configured client certificate authentication for inbound connectivity.
However the call is not working and 401 error faced.

In the LJS trace of CPI the following errors seen:
- client certificate received at load balancer: none
- client certificate status from load balancer: No Certificate Presented from client side

The HTTP_access trace of CPI shows "- -" for the endpoint call with "HTTP/1.1 401" response.
