3261498 - DB6: DB13 backup fails due to missing Db2 runtime client

Symptom

You have a SAP system where database server and application are on different hosts.

You have adopted CLI driver on application server for database connection.

Nevertheless, DB13 backup fails due to error claiming the requirement of Db2 runtime client.
